I have used two books in my studies and preparing these drills.
New Testament Greek for Beginners by J. Gresham Machen
First published in 1927, this book was the standard for many years. It is still used and is available new, but can be found used.
Learn To Read the Greek New Testament by Ward Powers
Currently available in a Fifth Edition (with Student Workbook), published by SPCK Australia, this book takes a linguistic approach.
